"What a surprisingly great stay. The food was incredible and the room was cozy and comfortable despite absence of TV the attention to detail and customer care was exceptionally good. The young man waiting tables also graciously got us some extra towels. The morning was quiet so we chit chatted with the owner about the Lodge’s history. Even a drink in the bar was a nice touch to end the day. FIVE. STARS."

"If you are planing to go to Madge lake, stop at the duck mountain lodge for a meal or even few nights. The rooms are clean and cozy, the food there is awesome. "Our second experience at the newly opened Duck Mountain Lodge was fantastic (again). We can’t say enough about the quality of the food - simply exceptional! They added to the menu and we’d highly recommend both the blackened chicken cowboy salad and the filet mignon salad. The apple pie finished the meal perfectly. Well done new Duck Mountain Lodge!"

"Update: I stayed here for a snowmobiling trip. April and Jordan are always helpful. The weather was very cold and Jordan let me use his battery booster which made sure our snowmobiles started on a cold day. We stayed in a room with two double beds, beds were new. The room was clean and had a giant smart TV. Perfect place to stay and reasonably priced. I had the Hungry Man's breakfast and it was delicious and large portions. Original: The food here is absolutely amazing. While it is pricier than eating at the golf course the food quality and options are 100% worth it. I've had the spicy chicken sandwich and the mushroom Swiss burger."

"We got the pierogies and sausage, honey garlic chicken wings and blackened chicken cowboy salad. The wings were tasty, crispy and hot. They were just the way we like them. The salad was fresh and full of flavor. The pierogies and sausage was hot and the pierogies had great flavor. Everything tasted great. The restaurant was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. It's a small town diner atmosphere and was a great eating experience at the lake."

"The service was excellent and friendly, the facility was very clean, and serving sizes were very generous! My salad was absolutely HUGE! Haha. The pizza was very cheesy and delicious. They have a breakfast buffet on Sundays and their regular menu covers everything from classic breakfast options to burgers to pasta to salads and appies. They have seating options of a table & chairs as well as booth seating. I like that it is locally owned and it was actually the owner who served us. Great music playlist, too! Haha We will definitely be coming again."
